The Humphrey Winterton Collection of East African photographs is comprised of about 6,500 photographs organized in 75 primary collections of separate albums, scrapbooks or loose collections. Primary collections range from a single photograph to a set of several photograph albums plus envelopes of loose photographs.

From the Record Group: 1 album (1 album, 25 p., 24 x 32 cm.) : Oblong quarto (24 x 32 cm.), containing 134 silver prints snapshots, of various dimensions, together with a few postcards of East Africa, mostly captioned but some of the captions have faded; grey paper covers, a little worn at the spine.
