Scope and Contents From the Collection: This collection comprises 504 domestic and international airline and cruise ships menus, dating from 1938 to 2021. In addition to the physical description of the menus, certain components of the records may be of special interest to researchers. The records provide (if available) the flight’s origin, its destination, travel class, type of vessel, and trip’s date.
