The personnel records of the Technological Institute fills four boxes of records dating from 1940–1987. The records are in folders arranged alphabetically by surname.
The addition consists of personnel records of faculty of the Institute. However some folders contain personnel records relating to faculty appointees who later refused the appointment. The types of documentation present in this addition concurs with the items present in the rest of the series.
