Scope and Contents
The addition to the Northwestern University Dental School Student Records consists of records of students who attended the Dental School between about 1925 and 1964. Records are arranged alphabetically by the student's surname, and each student's records are contained in a separate folder prepared by the Dental School, with some useful information (such as thesis title) included on the folder itself. Records typically include applications, transcripts from the student's undergraduate institution, and correspondence relating to coursework and credits at Northwestern University Dental School.
These records supplement other resources for information on Northwestern University Dental School students and alumni, including Series 51/4: Dental School Alumni Biographical files, 1879-1925; Series 13/2: transcripts, 1930-1988; and Series 13/3: Deceased Alumni Records, ca. 1892-1947.
