This series is comprised of hand-written cards recording individual students' grades on the several clinical rotations required in the program. The cards often include additional information about the students, such as the date of their receipt of certification. In addition, instructors' remarks are recorded as well as grades.

The evaluations are titled "Grade for Student Technician" from 1936 to 1962; "Student Technologist Evaluation" from 1962 until 1978; and "Clinical Rotation Evaluation" from 1978 through 1981.
