General

A series of regional conferences for legislators. Other names for the conferences include "Legislators' Conference on Highway Transportation Efficiency and Reduction of Traffic Accidents" and "Highway Safety Conferences for State Legislators". "Group" identifiers assigned at the time of processing to preserve what may or may not be an important distinction. The folders have been maintained as found; they cannot easily be made to correspond to the table of contents at the front of the first folder; the numbering assigned to the materials when they were originally put into folders appears to be inconsistent
