Conditions Governing Access
There are no restrictions on use of the majority of these materials in the department for research; all patrons must comply with federal copyright regulations. Boxes 93-95 are restricted until 2070, because of the pervasive presence of private financial information. This collection is stored off-site and requires two business days advance notice for retrieval. Arrangement
The Tullman papers contained what appear to be four separate sets of topical folders. The sets could be distinguished by proximity to each other, type and color of folder, method of labeling, and other physical characteristics. The available evidence suggests that they should remain separate sequences, not merged into a single sequence
