Scope and Contents
These additions fill one half-size box. Included are files on M.D. degree recipients from the graduating class of 1928. Students with surnames beginning with the letters A-K are represented in these files. Each student's file typically contains a transcript of course completed at the Medical School as well as a certificate of character attesting to the student's personal character. The certificate also notes home address, names of parents or guardians, church affiliation, previous employment, and educational institutions attended. Applications for admission to the Medical School, course registration forms, and transcripts from coursework undertaken at other schools may be found scattered through the files.
The files are arranged in alphabetical order according to student surname.
