Medical Technology Program Student Transcripts and Certificates

This series of Medical Technology Training Program student records fills two boxes and spans the years from 1923 to 1980.

These records are comprised of individual students' transcripts or certificates of completion from both the bachelor's degree and certificate programs in Medical Technology. Transcripts are either full or partial. The full transcripts note student's name, social security number, date of entrance, program followed and type of date of degree granted as well as the title, quarter units, and grades awarded for all courses completed. The partial transcript records only student name, course titles and grades, and the date that the Program certificate was granted, if at all. The certificate of completion notes student name and states that the course of study in Medical Technology was completed.

The addition includes photocopies of students' official transcripts and certificates of completion of the Medical Technology Training Program.  The earlier transcripts list the student's name and grades for courses taken.  The later transcripts provide information on the date of entry into the program, the length of the program and transfer credits from other institutions. One folder provides an explanation of the transcript concerning the various programs in Medical Technology offered by the school. A significant number of these photocopies duplicate originals found in the main series.  The photocopies are often annotated by hand.
