Scope and Contents
The series consists of eight oversized post-bound ledgers, individually boxed, documenting donations to Northwestern University as gifts and endowment funds between 1920 and 1939. The box titles are taken directly from the original titles on the ledgers. Endowment ledgers documents each donor since the opening of the endowments; gift ledgers detail transactions by account number.
