Handwritten document titled "Testimony" (свидетельство) No. 2904. Decree announcing that the Poltava Spiritual Consistory has heard the petition of landowner and retired major and cavalier, Alexander von Retsenstein on the birth of his daughter Sofiia, Born September 26, 1827 in Konstantinograd district. It seems to be dated April 7, 1839 and signed by priest Ioann Kr...(unintelligible) and Secretary Arvarov (?).
