This group contains issues of the Tribune that were judged worthy of being retained. Many of these pages represent important events in the history of the world, the United States, or the newspaper; but it is not always clear why a particular issue was retained. For some issues only the front page was preserved; for others, a complete section, and for others, the entire issue.
