Abstract
The collection consists of music manuscript scores, music notebooks and lecture notebooks by former Northwestern University School of Music professor Albert Noelte. A few accompanying papers documenting either Noelte's career, background or tenure at Northwestern are also included.
Arrangement
The collection is arranged into two series: 1. Music manuscripts and scores and 2. Notebooks and papers. Series 1 is arranged alphabetically by title of work. Series 2 is considerably smaller, occupying only two boxes. Each item is individually foldered and titled.
