Legislative, 1989 - 1990

The additional Records of the Associated Student Government (ASG) consist of 8 boxes, spanning the years 1983 through 2007. The bulk of the material includes general information about ASG, the Senate, the Executive, and external relations. The records are divided into five subseries: Organization: General, Senate, Executive, Standing Committees, and External Relations.

Organization: General folders, spanning the years 1983-2007, consist of agendas, minutes, constitutions and bylaws, housing, and general information about the organization. Materials are organized by topical headings.

Senate materials span the years 1986 to 2006 and provide information about legislation and parliamentary procedures. Folders consist mainly of Agendas. Folders are arranged in alphabetical order.

Executive materials span the years 1997 through 2007 and include guidelines, memoranda, handbooks and general information about the executive board, the executive committee and the Student Activities Finance Board (SAFB). Folders are arranged in alphabetical order.

Standing Committees materials span the years 1987 to 2005 and consist of rules committee agendas, minutes, attendance records and legislation. Materials are arranged in alphabetical order.

External Relations materials span the years 1986-1999 and include agendas, clippings, reports, and minutes on the committee and its administration. Folders are arranged alphabetically.
