This subseries reflects the contents of a set of seven original cartons labeled "Tunes" that contained file folders with captions, arranged in an approximate alphabetical order

Conditions Governing Access
There are no restrictions on use of the majority of these materials in the department for research; all patrons must comply with federal copyright regulations. Boxes 93-95 are restricted until 2070, because of the pervasive presence of private financial information. This collection is stored off-site and requires two business days advance notice for retrieval. General
Some of the materials in the original boxes had been exposed to moisture; some were only somewhat affected, others severely damaged and could not be recovered. (Many of the latter had lost over 50% of each page.) The following folders had to be discarded: Agent Audio - Boston; ALH Tech; Intel - Optimized content; Invermed Associates; Jake; Label deals/Formulation; Labels - Intel; Labels - Tunes; Merch; Microsoft - SBN proposal; Music business internet guide: final draft, valuation memorandum; Music sales - Online article/Stones; Online music library business plan; Pat; Pat - Interactive artists series; Pics (Tunes); Radio stations/Movie trailers; Server plan; Spumco; Streams [i.e., Streams Online Media Development]; Top 50 targets; Tunes - Connexus; Tunes - Press; Venue project - Universal; Webnoize. The remaining folders have been rearranged into a more strict alphabetical ordering. The captions given for the folders are transcriptions of the original captions (with expansions of abbreviations and other adjustments)
