Conditions Governing Access
There are no restrictions on use of the majority of these materials in the department for research; all patrons must comply with federal copyright regulations. Boxes 93-95 are restricted until 2070, because of the pervasive presence of private financial information. This collection is stored off-site and requires two business days advance notice for retrieval. "Project Harmony" appears to be a code name for the merger, used during negotiations. ("Project Tuba" may refer to the same thing.) "Tuba" and "Elvis" appear to be code names Tunes.com and EMusic.com, respectively. "Target, Inc." and "Acquiror, Inc." appear also to be code names for Tunes.com and EMusic.com
