There are no restrictions on use of the majority of these materials in the department for research; all patrons must comply with federal copyright regulations. Boxes 93-95 are restricted until 2070, because of the pervasive presence of private financial information. This collection is stored off-site and requires two business days advance notice for retrieval. Arrangement

This series consists of the contents of 4 cartons of materials that had no visible organization. A few groups of items were housed in folders, but most of the material was loose. Material originally in folders has been retained as a separate item; other items that allowed of individual description are also listed separately. (Some individual items have also been moved to other series.) Items in the following categories have been extracted from the general mass of materials: loose business cards and other contact information, correspondence, items with manuscript notes by Tullman, and information about artists and exhibitions. The remaining material (clippings and publications) is housed in a large number of sequentially-numbered folders.

General

Some of the materials in one of the boxes had at one time become wet, and were severely damaged by mold. Materials that could be related in some way to Tullman have been replaced by photocopies; other materials were discarded
