  • Albright motion to dismiss filed 1973-05-03. Further communication with the District Court regarding jurisdiction in the case. Minutes of 1973-04-12 and 1973-05-03 stockholders' meetings and tally showing that 92% of the stock supports the amendments and only 3% opposes
  • Albright request for data on Tribune stock held by brokers and bank nominees and Kirkland & Ellis answer of 1973-12-11
  • Notices and minutes of adjourned meetings held 1973-12-20 and 1974-01-24
  • Judge Decker's ruling of 1974-02-05 dismissing all Albright claims except three involving SEC regulations applying to companies with 500 or more stockholders of record. Kirkland &l Ellis memorandum filed 1974-02-20 with a copy of Tribune-News Employees Trust arguing that the latter constitutes only one shareholder of record and asking the court to order a vote before the 1974 annual meeting. Judge Decker's memorandum opinion of 1974-03-05 to this effect
